Shipping:
•Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalised items take longer to process. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, the order will be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered first.
•Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 449. Free shipping is not applicable for international orders and returns.
•Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once the order is shipped. If your order includes personalised or gold jewellery, it may arrive in multiple shipments.
Returns:
•Return Policy: We offer a 15-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, this does not apply to:
•Personalised jewellery
•Perfumes, candles, coins, utensils
•God idols (except in cases of defective/spurious products)
• Refund Process: Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected.
•Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased from sources other than the Carat&Cents website, app, or exclusive stores, the return policies of the respective seller apply.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable in case of returns.
Missing Items in Returns:
If a customer claims to return multiple products but the actual pickup is missing some items, the company may deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund. This includes free gifts and silver coins received as promotional products.
Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges:
•Refunds: Issued after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
•Replacement & Exchange: Customers can request a replacement or exchange, subject to the same conditions as returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return is picked up or delivered (for gold items).
Return Process:
•Initiate a return request via our website or app, or contact Customer Support for assistance.
•Be available for the reverse pickup and respond to delivery partner calls. If unavailable, the pickup may be cancelled, requiring the process to be restarted.
•In rare cases where a pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, customers must return the item via an alternative courier (e.g., India Post). The company will reimburse up to Rs. 70 for return shipping costs. Any excess charges beyond Rs. 70 will be deducted from the refund.
Empty or Missing Parcel Claims:
• If you receive an empty parcel or find missing products, report it to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
•A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is required for claim processing.
•Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in claim rejection. Final decision rests with Carat&Cents.
